Specifications:

• Space allows for flexible seating and stage configuration. 'Repertory' setup positions audience on three sides of a playing area 15' by 13'. No audience member is more than 8 feet from the stage!
  

• Stage deck is masonite over plywood and raised 3" from the floor on wood frame.
  

• Lighting grid is 11'-9" from the deck and configured in a 5' by 5' grid pattern. Additional hanging positions are available along each wall.
  

• Rental includes the use of one dressing room and the backstage bathroom.
  

• Lighting package includes fully computerized control board, 24 2.4 K dimmers (80 amp service available), SourceFour: 12 Ellipsoidal, 10 Par, 8 ParNell; plus 6 Fresnels. Instruments:  Board: ETC 24/48 Express. Cable, two-fers, top hats, sidearms, gobo holders are included.
  

• Sound system includes 2 CD playback. Speakers: 3 Turbo Sound TCS-30. Mixing board is a Mackie 1604.

• Load-out is Sunday to 11PM

Rental Requirements Include:

• Box office, house management and concession operations are the responsibility of renter.
  

• SmartTix handles advance ticket sales for Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex events.
  

• One licensed fireguard must be on the premises for each performance.
  

• Renters must obtain their own liability insurance coverage.

For access to view the space, use the 2nd set of glass doors (closer to 9th Avenue) and walk up one flight of stairs. There is no access to the performance spaces from the front elevator, and the rear elevator is not opened until 1 hour before performance times.
