Specifications:

• Stage area is 20'-6" wide by 17'-0" deep. There is an additional upstage area for concealed crossovers from one side of the stage to the other.

• The proscenium is 12'-8" high from deck. There is a 9' wing space stage left.

• Stage deck is masonite over plywood and raised 12" from the floor on wood frame.

• Proscenium-style seating, nine rows of fully-cushioned theatre seats on risers, all with excellent sightlines.

• Lighting grid is 13'-8" from the deck and configured in a 4' by 5' grid pattern. There are three front-of-house pipes.

• Rental includes use of two dressing rooms and the backstage bathroom.

• Lighting package includes fully computerized control board, 48, 2.4 K dimmers (200 amp service available), 38 Ellipsoidal, 12 Par, and 14 ParNell. Instruments: SourceFour. Board: ETC 125 Express. Cable, two-fers, top hats, sidearms, gobo holders are included.

• Sound system includes 2 CD playback. Stage: 4 Meyer UPM-1P, 1 Meyer UPM-1P subwoofer; House: 4 Turbo Sound TCS-30,. 2 QCS PLX-1104 amplifiers. Mixing board: Mackie 1604.

• Monday: 9AM to 11PM

• Tuesday: 9AM to 11PM

• Wednesday: 9AM to 11PM

• Thursday: 9AM to 11PM

• Friday: 1PM to 11PM

• Saturday: 1PM to 11PM

• Sunday: 12 Noon to 6PM (to 11PM if loading out)

For multiple week rentals post load-in week access includes:

• Tuesday through Friday: 5PM to 11PM

• Saturday: 1PM to 11PM

• Sunday: 12 Noon to 6PM

• NO access on Mondays

• Load-out is Sunday to 11PM

Other hours of access are available at attractive hourly rates.

Rental Requirements Include:

• Box office, house management and concession operations are the responsibility of renter.

• SmartTix handles advance ticket sales for Abingdon Theatre Arts Complex events.

• One licensed fireguard must be on the premises for each performance.

• Renters must obtain their own liability insurance coverage.

For access to view the space, use the 2nd set of glass doors (closer to 9th Avenue) and walk up one flight of stairs. There is no access to the performance spaces from the front elevator, and the rear elevator is not opened until 1 hour before performance times.
